April is a Swedish wellness brand set out to shape the future of wellness and make people feel great with vegan, subscription-based supplements that unites modern science and traditional botanical remedies.
 

We ship to the UK and Sweden.

You can choose to subscribe to just one or multiple April products—whatever you feel best fits your routine. The products you choose to subscribe to will be sent to you once a month and payments will be made automatically through your chosen payment method when the order is shipped. The first order with supplements will be shipped in a jar (box) and the refills will be sent in pouches (envelopes).

You can log in to your April account at any time to update your details and subscription options. It's easy to skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. We're always here to help if things get tricky.

In order to improve the whole consumer goods industry, we are committed to invest 1% of our sales on a yearly basis to innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.

When you make your first order, an account will be created automatically. However, you can also create an account by clicking on "log in" in the top right corner of our website and then on "create account". 

No worries! Try clicking on "forgot password" to get an email from us with a reset password link. Make sure to check your spam folder if you are having trouble finding the email.

Order & delivery

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days (UK) from when the package is dispatched. Please let us know if it has been longer than 8 business days.

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days (UK), but sometimes it can take a little bit longer. You can see your order info under order history in your account. Please reach out to us if it has been longer than 8 business days.

We ship from a warehouse in the UK and a warehouse in the Netherlands.

At the moment we don't have a gifted subscription option available, but you can always make an order to your or the recipient's address.

 

You only receive an order confirmation by email when you start a subscription or add a product to your continuous delivery of supplements. To keep track of your orders, simply log in to your account, and under your plan you can see when your next order is expected. You can also see all your past orders under order history.

We don't have any discount codes at the moment.

We can't make changes to processing orders but if you send us your order number, we'll do our best to help you! 

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your first order has been dispatched, not for subscription orders. You can see the status of your order in your account under order history. Yes, our products are halal-certified.

Yes, you can combine two or more of our products. If you are unsure of what your body needs and what suits you individually we always recommend that you consult a doctor or health specialist.

EFSA stands for The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), which is the agency of the European Union (EU) that provides independent scientific advice within food safety. Ingredients that are EFSA approved have scientific evidence for their health claims. Some ingredients that fall under this category is vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C and Zinc.

All of our products use a unique blend of ingredients that can be categorised as either: EFSA approved, clinically trialled or traditionally used botanical extracts. We aim to select the best from each category to provide you with exactly what you need. As seen in Glow Service and Club Calm, we use innovative patent-pending ingredients such as Skinax2™️, KSM-66® Ashwagandha and Extramel™️ that have been clinically trialed for their benefits.

When we refer to botanical extracts, we are referring to extracts from plants that have been used for centuries by humans around the world. Some examples are ingredients such as Lavender, Lion's Mane, and Reishi mushroom. On our board of advisors, we work with a medical herbalist registered with the National Institute of Medical Herbalists in the UK.

We advise you to consult a doctor or health professional before taking our supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding just to be 100% sure they are suitable for you as an individual.

Each supplement has been carefully developed by the April team and a UK based manufacturer specialising in beauty and wellness. In an AA grade BRC accredited and NSF certified facility, each product was formulated and sampled to ensure you get the very best results from high quality ingredients.

It is best to store your supplements out of direct sunlight and in a place that doesn’t get too warm as some nutrients could be affected by heat and light. 

VJJ Hero should be stored in the fridge.

If you do miss a dose, there is no need to double up on your next dose, simply continue taking the recommended daily dose the next day.

We recommend ages 18 and up.

Our products are free of major allergens including soy, eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish and wheat. Check out our product pages and ingredients page for a full ingredients list and more info on our ingredients. We don't recommend taking our supplements if you have severe allergies. 

All raw material suppliers throughout our ingredient sourcing are audited through our external supplier, to ensure our standards are met through every step of our process.

Yes, of course. All our products are vegan and gluten-free.

All of our supplements are manufactured in the UK.

Subscription

Under your plan on your April account you can: change delivery dates, postpone your next delivery, order single products or add products to your subscription.

 

Under settings on your April account you can: update your personal information and change your password, update your payment method, change your shipping address, update your billing details and pause or cancel your subscription.

You will receive them once a month.

This can happen when your payment method has expired or is no longer valid for some reason. Go to settings → payment methods in your April account to review your payment information. Contact us if your subscription doesn't change to active after updating your payment method. 

You can change your next shipment date in your account under your plan.

You can postpone or choose a new shipment date in your account under your plan.

You can pause or cancel your subscription by signing in to your account and go to 'settings > 'manage subscription'. Remember that you can easily change your next delivery date if you just want to receive your order a bit later, or skip one or more shipments. This is done through your account as well.
